Foundation Manager
Anna Coles
Anna leads the Foundation and Alumni Office to achieve its goals. She will also ensure the successful delivery of the Schools Built Environment Strategy 2007 - 2012. Anna’s background is in fundraising and event and sponsorship management within the local government, corporate and not for profit sectors. Director of Philanthropy
Warren Sturgess
Warren attended Churchie from 1970 to 1971, returning in 1993 to work for the Churchie Foundation. After successfully completing the Stanley and May Smith Science Centre Appeal, he spent some years away from the School, once again returning in 2005 to take up his current position. Warren contributed substantially to the completion of the Graham Fowles Boatshed Appeal, the Sir John Pidgeon Sports Complex and Barry McCart Aquatic Centre. Manager of Old Boys and Alumni Relations
David Grogan
David is an Old Boy who returned to Churchie in 1993 to teach Senior English. His teaching qualifications include a Masters in Education Administration. After nine years as Head of Magnus House, David became Manager of Old Boys and Alumni Relations. He has worked extensively to maintain strong relations between the School and Old Boys and enhance the business, professional and networking opportunities for Churchie graduates. David also coached sports extensively, including the Churchie 1st XV Rugby and 1st XI Cricket teams; and he had a lengthy involvement in representative Rugby at Queensland and Australian schools level.
